With spring finally around the corner (yay!), we also have a new Keto Challenge coming up. This is the perfect opportunity to hop on out of that winter slump. I don’t know about you, but every winter I find myself in a cold, grey funk waiting for all of the greenery and sunshine to come back into my life. What better way to jumpstart Spring than with some fresh, new food delivered straight to your door?

I feel like we’re always talking about how awesome the keto lifestyle is, but today I want to talk about all of the perks of participating in one of our Challenges. What’s included?


We provide two snacks and two meals a day (morning and evening snacks, lunch and dinner) and practice intermittent fasting through breakfast. While we recommend 16:8 fasting – which is fasting for 16 hours and eating during an 8 hour window (any 8 hours that works for your schedule) – it is not necessary for success and you are free to rearrange your meals within each day to fit your needs. Each day, there will be between 1500-1700 calories comprised of 70-75% fat, 20-25% protein and 25 net carbs or less.


You will receive an assessment kit that allows you to take your pre-challenge measurements via measuring tape and body fat calipers (instructions included). After recording your measurements, we highly recommend taking before photos to help measure your success at the end of the challenge.


You will be invited to an exclusive Facebook group that provides a supportive community of current and past challengers to see you through your keto journey. We will be there as well to monitor, assess and provide answers, support and guidance along the way. This is a great way to ask questions, get feedback (from our staff as well as other Challengers) and celebrate success together throughout your experience.
