I am Kinsey Huwaldt, the girl behind @wholesomelydelish.
Fun facts about me… I have degrees in Exercise Science and Athletic Training. What that really means is that in a nutshell, I am a Certified Athletic Trainer, Massage Therapist, Nutrition Specialist and Personal Trainer. Health and wellness is my happy place and I enjoy helping others find that for themselves.
Health and fitness goals look different for everyone. I work with my clients on how they can achieve that perfect balance. Health and fitness doesn’t have to be one size fits all. Whether it’s getting in the gym every day, getting into a routine of healthier food choices, or a combination of both, I want you to feel prepared for whatever crosses your path and reach your goals.
When talking with clients they often tell me their biggest struggle is finding a good food routine. In particular the meal prepping concept and how they don’t feel they have enough time. When you count the minutes you wait in line for a coffee run, fast food drive thru, or carry out are we really saving any time? Meal prepping can be done in a variety of ways and you just have to find what works best for you. Utilizing a meal prep service (Evolve duh), preparing all your lunches for the week; or my personal favorite, using the leftover method and cooking a large meal to space out over a few days are all great ways to meal prep.
I believe everyone should be able to find that balance with food, fitness and their overall health.
